KEG is an international company which provides services in the development, production, distribution of creative art products and services which include films, videos, dance, music, game software, and other forms of audiovisual entertainment.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Ricky Carranza is a seasoned businessman and an eclectic artist who has been in the entertainment industry for more than four decades. His extensive experience as a professional dancer,  dance teacher, choreographer and an award-winning filmmaker makes Ricky a formidable visionary skilled in inspiring, practical and relatable storytelling and creating innovative concepts viable for business.
Michael Lusardi (Finland)
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Michael Lusardi is an experienced content creator who has been very active on social media in brand growth and marketing since 2014.  He is originally from  America but now lives in Finland.  Michael is a former US Marine and has been working as an entrepreneur since 2013. 
Pantaleon Castillo Jr. (USA)
Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
Pantaleon "Bong" Castillo Jr. is a technology management professional with extensive global experience in technology infrastructure deployment. He has more than 20+ years of experience in end-to-end engineering, product management, and technical infrastructure deployment.  As an entrepreneur, Bong has established successful businesses related to wholesale film content distribution, import/export and technology/IT consulting support. 
Mathieu Richard (Canada)

Mat Rich is a Montreal based film director with interests and experience in the web and gaming industry.  After years of interning in a freestyle skiing website, Mat Rich has developed a deep understanding of what makes online communities thrive. Constantly involved with the latest technologies (i.e. crypto, virtual reality), he has made a name for himself as a Science fiction director.   His creative and abstract thinking combined with a deep understanding of algorithms gives Mat Rich a unique and refreshing approach to developing applications, web platforms and videogames.
Timothy Warden (Philippines/USA)

Tim Warden is an experienced and sought-after resource speaker in the business, academic and religious circles in the Philippines and USA.  A motivational communicator, public speaker, team builder, community civic leader, and leadership mentor who also serves as an advisor to the Philippine National Police.  Tim, an American Christian missionary who has been living in the Philippines for over 28 years now, is the founder and lead visionary of San Fernando Christian Community and other local art, education and children outreach organizations in La Union, Philippines.  ​​

Chris Spencer (Finland/UK)
Systems Dev & Project Manager
Chris Spencer is a highly creative and innovative professional higher-education and training services educator/developer.  He has a wide spectrum of professional experience which includes IT project management, Instructional Design and web-based learning, Fitness & Strength Personal Trainer, self-defence and Parkour coaching.  Chris is a qualified Vocational Teacher and holds a B.A. honours degree in Business Studies majoring in Financial Modelling, and,  an M.Sc. degree in Security and Risk Management. 
Gian Luca Ciolletti (Finland/Italy)
Business Adviser
Gian-Luca has about 25 years of international experience as a senior manager in different  companies. His expertise is in sales and marketing management and business development. Gian-Luca holds a BSc degree in Engineering and International Business Management. For the last 3 years, he has been working as a mentor and coach in NewCo Helsinki, a sector of the City of Helsinki which aims to support new and startup companies to succeed.  
Michael Zühlke (Finland)

Michael Zühlke is an experienced IT consultant who has been working from startups to large companies ITC systems for over forty years.  He worked as a technical & senior architect/manager for a multinational Finnish company for a total of 11 years.  Michael has also more than 15 yrs of experience as an entrepreneur.
Joni AlWindi (Finland)
Business & Education Adviser
Joni AlWindi is a multicultural education entrepreneur based in Finland since 2011, after 5 years in Colombia, where he first pioneered in education technology in 2008. As an education economist with a double Masters in International Economics and International Management, Joni is the founder and co-founder of various entrepreneurial initiatives with a special focus on education, training and management consulting across borders.
